Shipping policy
- SubZero ships USPS for all orders.
- Handling time varies depending on where we are in the cheerleading season. Could be between 1 day and 2.5 weeks or longer. Typically, our "busy season" is between the months of August and December, and March and May. If you need a product by a specific date, please let us know under "Contact Us".
- We primarily ship to the United States, however, most banner orders can be shipped anywhere in the world. If you are outside the United States, please Contact Us before ordering.
- Once your item is marked as "shipped" it is out of our hands. If there is a problem with your order's delivery (ex. not delivered, etc.), please make a claim through your local post office.
