Refund policy

Due to the customization of our bows and the nature of the product, we almost never accept returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Issues with the product are the only grounds of refund.  If there is a product issue (ex. more than a few rhinestones falling off, vinyl peeling BEFORE 6 months of use, quality issue, etc.), please contact us and let us know right away. We check each product for quality very carefully before it is shipped out, therefore, we cannot offer a replacement for broken hair ties or other similar issues. If you have thicker hair, and are worried about the hair tie breaking, please consider upgrading to a higher quality elastic, double elastic, or an elastic specifically for thick hair. Returns will also not be given due to carrier delay.

Refunds
In the rare case we accept a refund of a product, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within two weeks of receiving the item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All exchanged items must be shipped and returned first. 

To request a return, you can contact us at subzerocheer@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
